Cesar Narciso, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Cesar Narciso was born and raised on the family farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. He graduated in 2008 with a DVM from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais-Betim. He initially came to California in 2006 to study and assist in research at the UC Davis VMTRC, and returned to Tulare after finishing his degree.
